We are happy to assist you as quickly and carefully as possible.

Processing: we aim to process your prescription within three working days.
- If this is not possible (e.g. due to limited availability of raw materials or controlled products), we will inform you by phone or e-mail.
- Together we will look for a suitable solution.
Urgent orders before 12:00 noon (submitted by fax, post, e-mail, or phone) are usually processed the same day and shipped via parcel service.
- Costs within the Netherlands: € 10,- extra (incl. VAT).
- Express delivery abroad: € 25,- extra (incl. VAT) for personnel and delivery costs.
Packing and shipping costs: € 7,95 (incl. VAT).
- Free shipping for orders above € 150,- (within the Netherlands and Belgium).
